Ingredients

  • 4-6buns
  • 1/4 kgchicken
  • 8-10chopped mushrooms
  • 1capsicum cut i to small cubes
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspwhite pepper
  • 1 tbssoya sauce
  • 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  • 1/2cupChedder cheese
  • 1 cupmozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbschilli garlic sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the chicken with salt,soya sauce peppers and shred it

  2. 2

    Mix together mayonnaise, chilli garlic cheddar cheese, chicken, capsicum and mushrooms

  3. 3

    Make hole in the bun and stuffed the filling. Add mozzarella cheesecand bake for 10 to 15 min
