  • 1/2 cupRoasted Bell Pepper in juice
  • 2 tbspLemon Juice
  • 2 tbspBrown Sugar
  • 3 tspSalt
  • 1 tspParsley Flakes
  • 1/4 tspPaprika

    Blend all of the above ingredients in a blender. Serve with pita strips or bagel chips. Attempt not to eat all of it at once.
