Beef Lasagna is my favorite dish. When I made it first time , I completed it in 6 hours. Because I was very confused and bit worried but thanks be to God I could make it. It was very delicious 😋 and sooooo yummy. #cookpadramadan.

In a deep pan add garlic cloves and fry them for 2 minutes them add onions and fry until they will get bit soft. After that add beef mince and fry it its color will be changed. Now gradually add all masala and let it cook for 20 minutes on low flame. Main while boil lasagna noodles in 4 Cups of water and add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil. Boil them for 6 to 8 minutes. Now rains it and brush them with oil they will not sticky.

After 20 minutes beef Mince will be ready. Keep it aside.

Making of sauce:- Take a deep sauce pan add butter, let it melt then add all purpose flour and stir it until it desolved. Now gradually add milk and stir it well. Now add chadder cheese and stir. Stir it continually thick sauce Will be ready.

Assemble:- Place a sauce on the oven tray and add Mince. Spread fresh coriander leaves, Mozrella cheese. Now add Lasagna noodles. Repeat the same method and make three layers. On the top spread Mozrella cheese and back in on the preheated pan. Which should be prepared 15 minutes before. Bake it for 20 minutes until brown color comes on the surface. After that it is ready to serve. Enjoy.
