In a bowl mix suji, curd and 1/4tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Add water to make a thick batter to make pakoras. Leave for 10 mins.

Deep Fry small pakodas with suji batter. Keep aside

Finely Chop onion, ginger and garlic in a mini chopper. Chop all the other veggies.

Heat 1tbsp oil in a wok/kadhai. Add chopped onion and ginger garlic. Sautè for 1 min then add chopped spring onions. Sautè. Add capsicum and chillies. Mix all together. Then add soya sauce, sweet and spicy sauce.. (u can increase/decrease the quantity of sauce according to your taste). Then sprinkle some salt and pepper. Mix all together.

Then add suji pakodas. Mix well. Add water to cornflour in a small bowl and add that to the Manchurian. Mix all well on medium high flame. Serve hot on a plate and garnish some spring onion greens.
