Steps

Soak the dried apricots in luke warm water for 4 hours

After 4 hours when apricots swell deseed them n put the hard kernel aside n keep the water aside to make the khobani ka meetha

In a pan add water which we have kept aside n add apricots to it n allow to cook on a slow flame

While the apricots are cooking break the hard kernel.You can use a stone mortar or nut cracker for this n take out the almonds

The apricots in the meantime started becoming soft n change color.

You can add water if the mixture looks dry n mash apricots while cooking

Cook till the mixture become thick n remove from stove

Take milk in a pan boil it n add custard mixture to it

Then add sugar to taste but not add too much sugar as khobani ka meetha is already sweet.Cook for 5 mins n let it cool

In a dish pour custard then condense milk then khobani ka meetha over it

Garnish with almonds
