In a bowl combine boiled and mashed potato green chillies coriander leaves,onion,red chilli salt, cumin,pepper powder and rice flour

Mix well scoop out medium balls of mixture shape into round and flat tikki

Deep dry in medium hot oil flip after 2 minutes then cook on other side too once golden keep changing sides till brown remove and drain on absorbent paper

Relish with mint chutney or in aloo tikki chat ragda pattice or any chat recipe
