Ingredients

  1. 1 glassBoiled rice
  2. 2 medium size onion cut into long pieces
  3. 1tomato cut into small pieces
  4. 1 handfulcoriander leaves
  5. 1carrot cut into long pieces
  6. to taste accordingSalt and spice
  7. 1/2 table spoonOil
  8. 1 table spoonTomato Ketchup

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil into the pan.Now add onion,tomato and carrot pieces and stir well.

  2. 2

    Let them cook on low flame.now add the spices and mix them well.

  3. 3

    Add boiled rice into the pan and mix.

  4. 4

    Put the burner off and add coriander leaves and ketchup into it..

  5. 5

    Mix well and serve hot with some cold beverage.
