Boil 1 Lt water and add salt

Thoroughly clean your kales,remove stalk.

Add the kales in boiling water and blanch for 5 mins. Remove from heat and pass through a cold bath

Strain water and squeeze out all the excess water and chop.

Fry the onion, then add tomatoes n cook till they are tender.Add salt

Add the kales and cook for 5mins.
