Ingredients

  1. Yellow beans, boiled
  2. 1large onion, chopped
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. Cayenne pepper (or chilli if you like)
  5. Water
  6. Coconut milk/cream

Cooking Instructions

    Add beans in hi our favorite simmering pot

  2. 2

    Add salt, cayenne, onion and water. Stir, cover and let simmer on low heat for 20 minutes or until water has reduced. You want to achieve a thick consistency on your stew

  3. 3

    Add coconut milk, stir, cover, turn of heat and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

    Enjoy with chapati or white rice!
