2 handfulschopped vine spinach
2eggs
1big tomato
1onion
2tablesspoon oil
Pinchsalt

Sautee onions and add tomatoes and salt

Add in the vine spinach and let it cook for 10 mins as you keep turning

Create a space in the middle and crack in the eggs
4

Keep mixing until the eggs are well cooked
5

Serve with any carbs
