2 cupsflour
3 tspbaking powder
3 tsporange essence
6 tspsugar
6 tspoil
1 cupmilk
1 tspvanilla essence
2eggs
Butter for baking

Sift flour, sugar and baking powder. Beat the milk, oil, vanilla essence, orange essence and eggs well. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture.

On a a pan add melted butter and add a spoonful of mixture and spread it. Flip over so both sides is cooked. Enjoy plain or Kim Maroney's style.
