Steps

Rinse the poha in water till they soften

Heat oil in the pan. add musterd seeds and curry leaves

After one min add crushed peanuts and chopped green chilli.

Cook for 1 min in low flame.

Add poha and salt, red chilli powder and haldi powder. Mix it well.

Cook for 2 min. Add sugar and lemon juice.
- 7
Stir it and cook for 1 min. Poha is ready for serve.

Garnish with chopped fresh coriander
