Garlic Sauce for Shawarma or Chicken

Cook the egg white with 1/2 cup water over low heat until the egg white is cooked.

In a blender, combine the cooked egg white with water, 6 cloves of garlic, juice of half a lemon, white vinegar, and salt. Blend well.

Gradually add the oil slowly to achieve a smooth mixture.

Add the boiled potato and mayonnaise (optional) and blend well.

You will have a wonderful garlic sauce. Refrigerate until serving.
