Hello folks, today I am here with a very easy and quick with no cooking melt in mouth laddoos. These are gluten free too. This is just mix and shape them into balls. Trust me you will love it.
Since childhood days I loved these and my granny still remembers that how I used to love them. Beacause of some tradition in our home these are made just once a year on nag panchmi festival during Shravan month which was yesterday and I made them for us. But as now old traditions are taking change these can be made anytime. These are prepared as part of prashad at my home. These laddoos stay good for 10 days and are great option to take along with you on a vacation trip.
Earlier my mom used to make these laddoos in a little lengthy process which included washing of rice, drying in sun then churning them into powder. But now we easily get rice flour so that messy task is over. So common guys, take out ingredients from ur pantry n within minutes u will have laddoos in ur hand..
