Ingredients

  • Preboiled Kienyeji (free range) Chicken. Save the broth
  • Bunchbananas, peeled
  • Halfcup cubed carrots
  • Halfcup Peas, blanched
  • Halfcup French beans
  • Quater cup Sweet Corn
  • BunchDhania
  • 3large onions
  • 3or more very ripe tomatoes
  • to tasteSalt n Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the onions, then salt and add the bananas. Cook over low heat till done.

  2. 2

    Fry more onions and add ginger n garlic. Salt n pepper to taste. Add your chopped tomatoes and then mix in the chicken. Cover and let it slow simmer as the spices incorporate into the chicken.

  3. 3

    Add the broth and let cook. Once done, you'll separate the soup from the chicken.

  4. 4

    Over very low heat, Mash the cooked bananas. Add some dhania properly incorporate.

  5. 5

    Stir fry the rest of the veggies..add the sweetcorn. Salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy.
