Wash the beetroots and the carrots. Grate them in a bowl.

Cut the pomegranate and extract the seeds

Cut the coriander in tiny pieces and start mixing it with the rest of the beets and carrots

Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl, mix everything together and then spread it on top of the salad, and enjooooy!!! Isn’t it explosive. Yum 😋
