Not quite a cookie, not quite a brownie, but definitely yum.

This was my first recipe to Allthecooks. I was so surprised with all the ones that "liked" the recipe & those that decided to follow my recipes. Then, accidentally I deleted it over the weekend. So....here it is again. Believe me, I have been cooking for a long time. More great recipes will be coming from this cook!

This blondie recipe is made without chocolate. These are a great spin off of the classic blondie and only takes minutes to make.

Added orange food coloring since they were for Halloween, and also added black food coloring to the vanilla frosting, these were a hit with all the kids

I honestly didn't count the cookies but this is a roundabout amount. I just use a cookie scoop and scoop until the dough is gone.🤷🏼‍♀️

I have been making these for years and I just change the chips to m&ms or whatever other thing I want to add. They are a hit every time and have never been a flop.

Amazing.. I've been working on this recipe for a while. And its great.. The brownies are super chewy with the perfect amount of chocolate flavor. I hope you all try this recipe. It's delicious with ice cream!!
