Take a bowl put flour,add cumin, salt,ajwain

Mix well then add 1tsp ghee pour required water to make soft kneaded dough, add boiled water and keep the dough aside.

Cut slices,then leave into oil

Once it's gets golden colour take out.Serve with tea.
