Mix this ingredients in mixture, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, chilli

Then add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder

Fry this mix ingredients

Mix the boil chana with water in this fried ingredients.

Take 1/2 glass of water and boil the tea in this water

Filter this water

Mix this water in chana

Your bhatura chola is ready to serve.
