Choco Fruits jello

Take one sauce pan,boil milk for 2 minutes add sugar and boil again,then add chocolate syrup,vanilla essence and agar agar.

Pour this mixture into a mold and freeze it for 1/2 hours in freezer.

Now cut fruits, i used mango and litchi.you can use any fruits of your choice

Now prepare water mixture,boil water in sauce pan add sugar and agar agar.

Now chocolate mixture is ready,remove two portion of chocolate jello Because we put fruits instead of jello.

After adding fruits,add water mixture on fruits and choco jello. Again set in freeze for 1/2 houre In freeze
