Ingredients

  1. 3-4boiled potatos
  2. 4-5green chillys
  3. Zeera half tea spoon
  4. Musturd seads half tea spoon
  5. Dhaniya leaves half cup
  6. to tasteSalt according
  7. tea spoonHaldi powder quater
  8. 1 tea spoonOil
  9. 1small onion sliced
  10. Fine flour for paratha

    Method. With the fine flour make a nice dough as for paratha and keep a side for twenty minutes to set. Take a pan put oil fry onions until light brown. Add zera and musturd seads lets spelutter. Switch off the flame add haldi powder and salt mix well then add mash potatos green chillys and dhaniya leaves mix well. Make a thin paratha with little dough spred the potato mixture even lee make another thin paratha same size cover it and seals the sides fry with ghee on medium flame.
