Yougut 1 tb spoon

Take Boil milk or little hot milk
2

Pour in jar which can cover with lid properly..so pour hot milk in bowl or container n add yout in milk n mix
3

Cover it properly. N let then whole in or more then 5 hour but in hot wheathr.
