Ingredients

  1. 1 cupquick cooking rolled oats flour
  2. 2 tbspwhole wheat flour
  3. 1/4 cupfinely chopped onions
  4. 1/4 cupgrated carrots
  5. 1 tspfinely chopped green chillies
  6. 3 tbspfinely chopped coriander
  7. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine the wheat flour, oats, onions, carrot, green chillies, coriander, salt knead into a soft dough using a little water.

  2. 2

    Cover with a lid and keep aside for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion round using a little wheat flour for rolling.

  4. 4

    Heat a non-stick tava and cook each roti till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.

  5. 5

    Serve with yoghurt or any dip.
