At first we need to boil the daliya simply, so take a pressure cooker then pour one and half cup water one pinch salt next add the daliya to boil for 20 minutes.

Next, when the cooker cools or normal temperature then open the lid.

Now take a bowl and pour the bolied daliya then add one cup milk and one teasspoon sugar and mix it well.

Now it's ready.Eat this healthy daliya at morning or afternoon as per your choice.
