Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil rice and boil again till soft.

  2. 2

    Cut the ugu.heat up vegetable oil fry onion and pepper add salt and pour in the ugu to steam a bit.

  3. 3

    Blend tomatoes and pepper fry in vegetable oil.add curry,seasoning cubes,salt and thyme
