Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsMutton
  2. 4Onion
  3. 4 tbsGinger garlic paste
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1/3 tspTurmeric
  7. 3 tbsCoriander powder
  8. 1 tspGaram masala
  9. 4Green chilli
  10. 5 tbsMustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a pressure cooker add 2 tbsoil then put onions and fry till translucent

  2. 2

    Then add 2 tbs of ginger garlic paste and mutton fry for 2 mint then add 2 tbsp of water and pressure cook for 20 mints

    In another pan add oil 3 tbsp then add 1 onion chopped fry till golden

  4. 4

    Then add remaining ginger garlic paste and masalas and 1/4 cup water and fry till oil float.

    Thrn add cooked mutton and fry together and add 1 cup water and simmer for 10 mint.

    Switch off the flame and add green coriander leaves and chillies.

  7. 7

    Mutton is ready to serve.
