For betr add all spice in to gram flour(besan) and make betr by adding cold water

I took potatoes, raw mangoes(Keri), green chilli, boiled eggs, for mixed ones(onion, fresh coriander n mint leaves, green chillies)

For green chutni... take fresh coriander n mint leaves, green chillies, imli pulp, onion, salt n chaat Masala... Coriander, mint leaves n chillies ko grind krlein n thn usy imli k pulp m add krein 1 piyaz ko cubes m cut kr k wo b imli pulp m add krdein n thn add salt n chat masala

Cut potatoes in a shape u like sprinkle some chaat Masala tow potatoes and btr m coat kr k fry krein, same procedure for Keri and boiled eggs... For green chillies ko cut lga k aamcur powder sy fill krein n yhn besan m coat kr k fry krlein... For mix pakora onion, coriander n mint leaves and green chillies ko cut kr k betr m daal dein n fry krlein😊
