Creamy sweetened Aamras

No Indian summer is complete without a bowl of heavenly amras. Amras is simply mango pulp/puree. Amras itself has a great and exotic taste , but adding saffrons, cardamoms, chopped nuts, etc will enhance it's taste. Normally amras is thick in consistency and water or milk is added to adjust the consistency according to one's taste. In this recipe, I have added condensed milk for a tasty and creamy twist. Condensed milk gives aamras a creamier, smoother and sweeter taste and texture.
