Ingredients

  • 1/2कटोरी चावल
  • 3 tbspओट्स￰
  • 2ग्लास दूध
  • 2चम्मच रबड़ी
  • 1छोटा चम्मच देसी घी
  • 3-4 tbspचीनी
  • 1तेज़पत्ता
  • 2लौंग
  • 1 tspछोटी इलायची पाउडर
  • 1 tbspकेसर दूध
  • 1/2कप ड्राई फ्रूट्स (काजू, बादाम,पिस्ता,किशमिश)
  • ड्राई फ्रूट्स फॉर गार्निशिंग

Steps

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले चावल को २घन्टे के लिए पानी में भिगो के रखेंगे. उसके बाद पानी निकाल कर चौके पे दरदरा पीस लेंगे. साथ में सारी सामग्री रख लेंगे. एक दूसरे पैन में ओट्स को 3 min बॉईल करेंगे. एक पैन में देशी घी लेंगे,उसमे तेजपत्ता,लौंग,इलायची और चावल डाल के ३०सेक. फ्राई करेंगे. फिर चावल को अलग निकाल लेंगे. इसी तरह उबले हुए ओट्स को भी अलग रख लेंगे.

  2. 2

    उसी पैन में अब दूध डालेंगे,एक उबाल के बाद उसमे चावल,ओट्स,ड्राई फ्रूट्स डाल के चलाएंगे, १ उबाल के बाद उसमे २चम्मच रबड़ी और केसर वाला 1 चम्मच दूध मिलाते हुए चलाएंगे.

    जब खीर गाढ़ा होने लगे,बस आपकी खीर रेडी. ड्राई फ्रूट के साथ गरमा गर्म सर्व करिये या फिर फ्रीज़ में ठंडा होने के लिए रख दीजिये फिर ठंडा होने पर पर सर्व करे.
