This is my first try with keema and it tastes is really good

Steps

Heat a kadhai add ghee, when ghee is hot add cloves and cinnamom, then add onion and saute them till it change a lit bit colour,then add ginger garlic paste, tomato saute them.

Then add keema into it and saute till it change colour,then add curd and cover it with lid.Cook it for 10 mins.

When keema is ready then add keema masala, red chilli powder, salt and mix it very well.

Then garnish it with coriander, green chillii and cover it for 2 mins,keema is ready.Enjoy it.

Tip:If u want a better taste of keema kadhai.Cook it with roast.
