1 cupboil potatoes
1egg
1 tspblack pepper powder
1 tspRed chilli powder
to tasteSalt

Assalamualaikum Take a bowl add egg and all the ingredients mention under for muffins mix well now, wash and dry a muffin pan and grease it with oil. Muffin mixture into circle, big enough to cover the side of muffins mold preheat the oven at 320 degree F

Baked them in the oven for about 10 -20 min the covering in brown,once cooled remove from the molds and ready to serve potato muffin.......
