Steps

Take a pan.add oil, onion saute it for 2-3 min. Then add ginger garlic paste.

Add vegetables and saute it for 5 min.

Then add water. Let it boil.

Next add cornflour, water to it. Then put pepper powder,salt,chilli flakes (optional).le it boil for few minutes till a bit thicken

Lastly add coriander leaves and serve it hot
