Microwave Flour Migas
My mom bought me some microwave-safe containers, and this recipe has been a hit! You can use any microwave-safe container with a lid.
Steps
- 1
Pour about 3 1/2 tablespoons (50 ml) of oil into a skillet. Use enough to fry the sausages, garlic, pork belly, peppers, and green garlic.
- 2
In a microwave-safe container, add the flour, salt, water, and the oil from the skillet (without the fried pieces). Mix until you have a smooth dough—it shouldn't be too runny or too stiff. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
- 3
Remove from the microwave and use a spatula to break up the dough into pieces the size you like (I prefer them chunky). Microwave on high for another 2 1/2 minutes.
- 4
Take out of the microwave and add the fried pieces you set aside earlier. Mix everything well and it's ready! Tip: For a crispier texture, you can give it a final toss in the skillet.
