Steps

Soak rice for about 2 hrs. Cook about half cup of rice and set aside.

Mix cooked rice with soaked one and blend till smooth.

Mix with yeast and cover in an air tight container for 2 hrs. You can put in a warm place

When you bring it out,it will be risen,add sugar and salt and fry with a masa pan.

Enjoy with any soup.
