Soak chana over night with soda by carbonate

Wash soaked chana and pressure cook for 20 mints till chana full done and soft

Now take a pan add oil and sliced onion fry till golden brown

The add salt red chilli chilli flakes black pepper and sauté it after that remove all oil from the pot

Now add besan disloved in water and sauté the masala again till besan turn into brown clr eventually adding water then add boiled chana with water
- 6
And cook till thicken at the end add 2 3 pinches soda and leave it for 10 minutes serve with boiled eggs nan raita
