Steps

Boil the potatoes and then mash them and add corn kernels. I used the tin corn kernels.

Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, corn flour, garlic paste, chopped coriander and salt and mix well.

Take the mixture and for them in the shape of patty, medium size. Keep them in the fridge for 30 mins to firm.

Take the patty and coat them with breadcrumbs and keep the tikkis/patty in the fridge to firm. Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the tikki s and serve hot with chutney/sauce of your choice.
