Mango parfait

This sweet summer dessert is healthy,colorful and incredibly easy to make.
It uses a few ingredients easily available in our home.
I haven't added any added sugar to it and used overnight oats which is very healthy and keeps you full for a long time. so it's perfect for weight watchers.

Steps

Peel and cut 1 mango into cubes.

Make mango puree of 1 mango in a blender.

Crush the biscuits in blender or with mortar pestle.

Mix sugar in oats. I love it plain so I didn't add sugar..it's totally optional.

Combine everything together in layers starting with crushed biscuits then mango puree then soaked oats and on the top put mango cubes.

Garnish with pumpkin seeds,chia seeds,dry cranberry and chopped almonds.

Serve chilled.
