In a mixing bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla pudding mix. Mix in butter and milk and beat for 2 minutes. Keep a side.

Now another In a mixing bowl, beat ricotta cheese until fluffy, add sugar and add 2 peach slice, beat for 2 minutes.keep aside.

Pour pudding mixture into a pie pan or cake tin. Arrange the peach slices on top of the pudding mixture. Now mix together 1tbs cinnamon and 1tbs sugar. Sprinkle 1tsp cinnamon powder on the peach slices.

Now add ricotta chesse top of the peaches slices and Now sprinkle the remaining cinnamon powder on Ricotta.

Bake it at 200 degree c pre heat oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and insert a toothpick it should be come out clean. Now is ready.
