Ingredients

  1. Sphagettie boiled half packet n crushed into very smaller pieces
  2. Corriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
  3. Green chillies 2 chopped
  4. Eggs 3 boiled n mashed
  5. 2 tbspButter
  6. 4 tbspFlour
  7. 1 1/2 cupsMilk
  8. Salt, black pepper n mustard paste 1/2 tsp each
  9. Bread crumbs
  10. Egg

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan put butter, flour, milk, salt, black pepper n mustard n cook till very thick white sauce is formed.

  2. 2

    In a bowl add in boiled sphagetties, eggs, white sauce, corriander leaves n green chillies.

  3. 3

    Mix everything well.

  4. 4

    Keep in fridge for at least 2 hours n then make balls out of it.

  5. 5

    Dip in egg n roll in crumbs.

  6. 6

    Derp fry till golden n crispy in hot oil.
