Ingredients

  • 1beet root,peeled, chopped
  • 2carrots,peeled, chopped
  • 1/4 inchGinger
  • 1/2lemon
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    First we wash beet root and carrot and peel,cut them

    Mix all ingredients in mixer jar and grind them with sufficient water as fine paste

    Now filter it in a pot add lemon juice and water stir well

    Serve immediately this is best for losing weight and it full of nutrients and fibers
