Take a big salad bowl, add rocket leaves, tomatoes, black olives and avocado and flaxseed powder mix well.

For the dressing in a small bowl take finely chopped onions, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice mix well and pour it over the salad.

Mix it lightly and serve fresh. I sprinkled a little more flaxseed over the salad.
