Ingredients

300 ml
  • 1.25 cupssugar
  • 270 gcocoa or chocolate powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 20 mlVanilla syrup
  • 1.5 cupswater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan or sufuria mix the water and sugar.

  2. 2

    Bring the mixture to boil and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add in the salt.

    Let it simmer for another five minutes.

  5. 5

    Add the chocolate powder. Stir continuously until it mixes well. Let it simmer for another five minutes. Add vanilla syrup and stir.

    Remove from heat and let it cool down to room temperature.

  7. 7

    Refrigerate then bottle

  8. 8

    When you have a craving for cold chocolate, hot chocolate or mocha, or just want to take a sip. Feel free to use.
