Ingredients

  • 2potato(medium size)
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds(roasted & crushed)
  • 1 tspcoriander seeds (crushed)
  • 1 tbspgreen chilli (chopped)
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  • 1onion (chopped)(small size)
  • 2 tbspplain flour
  • 1egg
  • 5 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate the potatoes and wash with the cold water than drain and squeeze all the water.

    Add all the ingredients in it and mix well. (except the oil)

    Add oil in the pan. With the help of spoon add mixture in the pan and make a round shape.

    Cook on medium heat until golden brown from both sides.
