Cooking Instructions

Boil enough water in a pan with 1/2 tbsp oil & pinch of salt.

Add macaroni & boil it on medium high flame till becomes soft. Strain & keep it aside.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add garlic. Saute for a minute at medium flame.

Add onions & green chilli. Cook at medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

Add capsicum & cook for a minute.
- 6
Add tomatoes & cook at medium-low flame till tomatoes get mushy & soft.

Add salt, black pepper & red chilli powder. Mix well.

Add macaroni, soya sauce, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce & vinegar. Mix well. Customize as per your taste by adjusting sauces
