Ingredients

  1. 2 CupsMacaroni
  2. 5-6Garlic Cloves
  3. 2Green Chilli - Slit
  4. 2Onions - Sliced
  5. 1Capsicum - Finely Chopped
  6. 2Tomatoes - Finely Chopped or Puree
  7. to TasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspBlack Pepper
  9. 1/3 tspRed Chilli Powder (optional)
  10. 2-3 tbspSoya Sauce
  11. 2 tbspRed Chilli Sauce
  12. 3 tbspTomato Sauce
  13. 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  14. as neededGreen Onions to Garnish
  15. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Boil enough water in a pan with 1/2 tbsp oil & pinch of salt.

    Add macaroni & boil it on medium high flame till becomes soft. Strain & keep it aside.

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add garlic. Saute for a minute at medium flame.

    Add onions & green chilli. Cook at medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add capsicum & cook for a minute.

  6. 6

    Add tomatoes & cook at medium-low flame till tomatoes get mushy & soft.

  7. 7

    Add salt, black pepper & red chilli powder. Mix well.

  8. 8

    Add macaroni, soya sauce, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce & vinegar. Mix well. Customize as per your taste by adjusting sauces
