If you've got pre cooked or leftover chicken in the fridge, this would be even faster. You could do the chicken in a bowl covered with cling film in the microwave for a few minutes before adding to the yoghurt for a really quick dinner. justanothersoph -
Chickpea Curry Chickpea Curry
This is a very fragrant dish and if you don't have whole spices such as cinnamon sticks, you can use ground (so you don't have to worry whether they'll get in your bowl). However, I find that whole cardamom pods and fresh ginger are a must red.queen -
Chicken and Chickpea Curry Chicken and Chickpea Curry
It was 100°F (38°C) when I made this mildly spicy, hearty dish in a futile effort to summon Autumn 😂. Yes, it’s probably better suited for Fall, but it has an amazing flavor and is nutritious, too! I didn’t think my young daughter would like it, but she did!The ingredient list looks a little long, but don’t let that deter you. The prep is fairly easy and it comes together quickly once you have the ingredients ready. This recipe is definitely going into my regular rotation.Note: You can make this dish vegetarian by omitting the chicken and adding another can of chickpeas. This recipe was modified from “The Real Food Dieticians.”#GlobalApron - Week 24. Sooo tasty. Literally ate a huge portion of it myself. Really good recipe you can add whatever veggies you enjoy, like cauliflower or broccoli, or even chickpeas, etc., anything you like. Just add a little more vegetable broth. The yogurt is key too! Adds a nice light taste to the heavy sauce and spices. Jenny -

Simple Butter Chicken Curry using a Hand Blender Simple Butter Chicken Curry using a Hand Blender
I have morning sickness and it's impossible for me to keep down garlic. I really wanted to eat some butter chicken curry though so I designed this recipe. I made this with ingredients that I had in stock so it doesn't contain any milk or cream, I used yogurt instead. I was so impressed with the resulting flavor.Even if you make this dish haphazardly it will still turn out delicious. The tighter the lid, the more it will prevent any curry sticking to the sides of the pan. I use a Le Creuset pot at home. Adding cabbage, carrots or any other vegetables will result in a sweet and delicious curry. Recipe by umicook cookpad.japan -
