Ingredients

  1. 2 packageswhite button mushrooms; whole
  2. 1 tbspbutter
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tsppepper
  5. 2 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1 tbspsoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut your mushrooms into 1/4” slices. (Or any thickness you like). Set aside.

    In a med saucepan over med high heat, melt the butter.

  3. 3

    Toss in your sliced mushrooms.

  4. 4

    Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Fold over the cooked mushrooms to the top; repeat as necessary. Keep the pan uncovered.

  5. 5

    You’ll see a lot of liquid released from the mushrooms. This is GOLD.

  6. 6

    Cook to desired doneness. Enjoy! Don’t cook it for too long, they start shrinking!
