Brown rice flake upma

First wash the rice flakes with water and remove the water and dry for few minutes.

Then take a kadhai add oil,mustard,urad dhal,Bengal dhal,dry red chilli,asafoedita,tamarind water (puli karaisal),salt,soaked rice flakes and add water as much as required for boil.Keep them closed for boil and then add jaggery this will compensate the flavour and taste of the dish. Now hot and spicy rice flake upma get ready. Serve it with sugar,pickle or chutney.
