Ingredients

serves 3 servin
  1. 6chicken thighs bone and skin on
  2. Red onion
  3. 1/2 canbeer
  4. 1/3 cuplight soy
  5. 3 tablespoonshoney
  6. Pinchthyme
  7. 1twig fresh rosemary
  8. Ginger garlic paste
  9. Pinchpaprika
  10. Salt
  11. Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Lightly coat each breast with paprika salt and pepper. Place in a pan skin side up and top with red onion rings. In a separate bowl mix all the liquids and spices for a marinade and pour over the chicken. You can choose to marinate over an hr or cook immediately

    Preheat oven to 280° and pop in the pan. Cook for 20-30min in the middle of the oven

  3. 3

    Last 5min move the pan to the top rack to allow the chicken skin caramelise.

    Serve with your choice of steamed veggies and starch
