Ingredients

for 2 servings
  1. 250 gminced beef
  2. 1 teaspoonthyme
  3. Garlic
  4. Ginger
  5. 1red onion diced
  6. 4eggs
  7. 1 handfulbread crumbs
  8. Few slices bacon
  9. White onion
  10. Burger buns

Steps

    In a bowl mix the meat,spices 2eggs and bread crumbs. In your palm roll a palm full of patty into a ball then flatten on a smooth surface

    Make.m.Heat a pan and place the patties on for 5min each side. You can wrap the patties with bacon or cook separately. I love everything in one pan to integrate flavours. In a separate pan fry the eggs. Also make sure to toast your buns to avoid them getting soggy

    Basic minimum for sauce should be mayonnaise ketchup and mustard mixed together but I always go overboard😉. As my photo shows

    On each bun spread the sauce mix. Bottom bun, burger patty,lettuce more sauce,cheese (if need be) egg and topped with bacon and the top bun. Serve with fries or rosemary garlic potatoes *recipe soon*
