Pour in your rolled oats in a clean bowl..

Add in 4 cups of water and soak for 20mins..

After 20 mins, pour in the water and your oats into a blender, add in your dates and blend thill smooth..

After blending, using a chiffon cloth squeeze out the milk properly..

Your Oat milk is ready,
